FAA Part 107 operating requirements, airspace, weather, insurance and site permissions are evaluated per mission.
Every mission is planned against current FAA Part 107 requirements, controlled-airspace authorizations where applicable, weather minimums and site-specific hazards before a pilot is dispatched.
Site permissions and access are confirmed with the client in advance. Flights are not flown over uninvolved people or property without the appropriate authorization.
Insurance coverage details are confirmed with each client as part of scoping and are available on request once verified for the current policy period.
